IXWebHosting的支付宝退款条款

IXWebHosting是可以随时退款的美国主机，只要不想再使用IXWebHosting主机，就可以向IXWebHosting申请退款。当然，如果超过30天后，就不是全额退款了，按剩余时间退款，域名注册费不退款。 在2009年4月份，IXWebHosting开通了支付宝付款，这个对国内没有外币信用卡的用户来说确实是个好消息。不过，由于支付宝(Alipay)的一些规定，IXWebHosting对于支付宝退款有另外的退款条款：

Alipay is a third-party payment service that is offered as a convenience to our customers. Alipay mandates that all transactions have a 90-day time limit for all merchant-issued refunds. For this reason, customers who submit their payment with Alipay are not eligible for the “Any-Time Money Back Guarantee” or for any credits or adjustments provided beyond the first 90 days of service.  

因为支付宝对交易退款有90天的限制，所以IXWebHosting针对支付宝的退款期为90天。也就是说，如果用信用卡购买IXWebHosting，可以随时申请退款；如果用支付宝购买IXWebHosting，那么只能在购买后90天内申请退款。同样，30天内是全额退款，30天后是部分退款，按照剩余未使用的时间进行退款。
